Help Us Find 33 Year Old Francis Doherty…

We are looking for 33 year old Francis Doherty who has breached his licence conditions after being been released from prison on 4th February 2016. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Francis from Newport was sentenced in November 2013, where he received a 4 ½ year custodial sentence. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Due to the fact that Francis, who was released on licence, has breached his licence conditions, he has been recalled to prison. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
