Invitation To Landlords And Agents

Ceredigion County Council will be holding a Housing Landlords Forum for all landlords and agents in Ceredigion on Thursday 8 September 2016 at 5:30pm at Aberystwyth University, Penbryn Hall, Penglais Campus, Aberystwyth, SY23 3BY. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Important changes to the Welsh housing legislation have been introduced this year that affects all people involved in the private renting of residential accommodation. This will be an opportunity to hear at first-hand from a Rent Smart Wales representative how this will affect you. There will also be plenty of opportunity to discuss matters relevant to this new legislation in relation to the private rental sector in Ceredigion. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
