Flamingos Arrive At Hyfforddiant Ceredigion Training

On Wednesday 22 March 2017 Pink Flamingos visited Hyfforddiant Ceredigion Training in Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth, as part of the ‘Trekking for Treatment’ campaign. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

‘Trekking for Treatment’ was started by a group of women walking from Talsarn to the Chemotherapy Unit in Bronglais Hospital in Aberystwyth, with the aim of raising money for a new Chemotherapy Unit at the hospital. All Hyfforddiant Ceredigion Training staff and learners supported the fundraising campaign by wearing pink and donating. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
